The living room on the ground floor is designed in warm, neutral colours and in a neoclassical style. At the centre of the room is a designer light fitting made especially for villas and hotels, which
creates an original, sculptural lighting composition in the interior. To make the space cosy, there is a real fireplace clad in top-quality decorative porcelain stoneware tiles. The living room walls are adorned with a beautiful Italian decorative wallpaper and mega-format, marble-effect neoclassical ceramic tiles. The walls are also lined with natural wood-textured panels that give the interior an elevated mood. The living room is furnished with comfortable, exclusive premium furniture by the Portuguese brand LASKASAS, selected according to the project specifications to match the overall colour
palette of the space. The living room floor is three-layer natural wood parquet by DIESEL with metallic inlays, which gives the interior a special, distinctive character.
One of the villa’s most luxurious spaces is the indoor swimming pool on the ground floor, inspired by a synthesis of richness and nature. The pool interior gets its special look from an exclusively created
decorative waterproof panel, elegant decorative lights and mosaic by BISAZZA — one of the world’s best-known brands — made using an ancient technique and combined with mega-format
porcelain stoneware tiles made with ultra-modern technology, bringing together bold natural materials and a calm palette with geometric, refined Luxor-type inlays. To create a different emotion and dynamic in the interior, the wall is adorned with a decorative panel made by the Italian manufacturer INCIOSTRO BIANCO exclusively to the order of ROOM DESIGN GALLERY, inspired by ancient rocks, ocean foam and nature.
To make the space feel larger, the pool ceiling uses stainless-steel decorative ceiling panels with a transparent water effect, which mirror the colour of the pool water and create a more harmonious mood. The pool’s glazed walls are dressed with high-quality, moisture-resistant natural linen curtains that bring extra cosiness to the interior. For complete comfort, the pool area also includes a sauna, showers, bathrooms and a relaxation area. Every detail and element of the villa’s interior design has been carefully considered. Our designers set out to make each room a work of art, so that even a single visit leaves a lasting memory of the space’s captivating
look. As for the dining room and the kitchen, the two spaces are separated by sliding partitions made of transparent textured glass and stainless-steel profiles. The kitchen splashback features a waterproof decorative panel with natural elements; its nature-inspired print was chosen at the client’s request, and its colours compositionally match the interior’s comfortable, luxurious furniture.
The first floor holds 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are finished with premium, exclusive materials, original decorative panels and lighting, as well as comfortable furniture from the partner brands of ROOM DESIGN GALLERY, created exclusively for lovers of luxury. For extra comfort, the master bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The bathroom walls are adorned with top-quality Italian waterproof decorative wallpaper and mega-format ceramic tiles that keep their original look unchanged for many years. For the bathroom fittings, the project uses top-quality Italian ceramic sanitaryware, mixer taps and
shower systems, tastefully matched to the neoclassical style of the interior.
The villa’s first floor is surrounded by a long balcony, while the entire area above the pool is taken up by a large terrace — the perfect place to relax. The terrace is furnished with comfortable, soft Italian outdoor furniture.
The staircase stands out in particular: it is clad in natural marble and decorated with a decorative panel featuring natural elements, a natural-wood 3D panel and an LED lighting system that blends seamlessly into the overall interior. Overall, the interior is distinguished by special accents with a luxurious effect. As we have already mentioned, the villa’s interior is created to the standard of a work of art, and a clear example of this is the
sculpture placed beside the staircase, which adds an interesting and luxurious touch to the interior. When designing a villa, landscape design plays one of the most important roles. Our professional team of architects and designers spared no effort here either and, taking every centimetre into account, created an exterior with a unique design.
In line with the concept, the villa’s overall design keeps a minimalist style. Thanks to certain elements, the exterior and the interior are seamlessly connected, which helps create a pleasant atmosphere. So as not to overload the landscape design, our qualified architects planned the exterior zoning to be functional and practical. With every detail taken into account, the exterior is divided so that it is easy to move around and
the space does not feel overloaded. The walkways are paved with frost-resistant porcelain stoneware tiles that easily connect
the different zones. To make the outdoor spaces as green as possible, natural lawn and evergreen ornamental plants are used.
Created exclusively for the exterior is a two-level space with an artificial waterfall and a decorative pool; the lounge area beside it is laid with waterproof natural-wood outdoor decking. The wall behind the fountain
is finished with waterproof decorative wallpapers with a 3D effect, made specially for outdoor use.
