ARCHITECTURAL WORK PIECE
Once the visual design part is confirmed, our architect adjusts the preliminary design if desired and begins preparing the new plan and schemes.
ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURAL PART
The constructor inspects all construction structural parts. First, he prepares drawings and instructions for the work crew, both for the foundation and the rest of the architectural construction.
ENGINEERING DESIGN
The project is handed over to engineers, and after that they begin designing all communication tasks: plumbing and sewage, heating and ventilation, electricity, and underfloor heating.
PROJECT AGREEMENT
After the completion of the project, the client’s passport and all other accompanying documents are required. Following this, we will submit your project to the relevant permitting authority and obtain the necessary approval after completing the procedures. This will be the officially authorized and approved building permit, after which the construction phase of the project can begin.
